I keep several of those species of cichlids.

First, you don't want to have all of those in the same tank. That list, for the most part, has mbuna, haps, peacocks and some others. Stick to one group. Each group has different dietary requirements and aggression levels (for example the diet required for most haps would eventually kill some mbuna, or....peacocks are very colorful, but they resort to dull coloration if you put them which highly aggressive mbuna).

After settling on one particular grouping, acquire the appropriate tank size. The malawi eye biter grows to a foot, and the malawi sand diver gets even bigger (that's a 125gal minimum tank requirement right there).

Mbuna are the most aggressive so nothing smaller than a 55gal, and nothing smaller than a 75gal if stocked with hyperdominants like kenyis, melanchromis and certain metriaclima species.

For more cichlid info/advice, go to an online cichlid forum (there are many).

Instead of answering on this big list, I'll sacrifice the 10 points and instead give you alink where you can find all the information you want, and a lot of devoted cichlid keepers.

Tilapia i know about but not sure about the redbreast part. Tilapia are being farmed and sold in food stores and found on menus in restaurants. They have a nice mild flavor.
