Avon has some cute ones, reasonably priced. (I'm an Avon rep, so I'm kinda parcial, lol).
Depending on what you consider cheap, I've seen Ugg lookalikes at places like Target and Shoe Pavillion. They also have other styles and choices.

Check out Value Village or the Sally Ann store or some other 2nd hand store. They sometimes have really good deals on really good stuff.
