First, ask him if you guys could both talk somewhere quiet, away from other people. Then just say that you like him and that you think he's really nice and you were wondering if he feels the same way.

walk up to him and be facing him so you too are face to face and say "Do you like me?" he'll say yes and then you walk away. not very hard now is it.
