Yes, when the finale when off it said, "can't get enough of Prison Break well you won't have to wait long, it will be back on Jan 22 with all new episodes."
It's the 22th 8/7c go to their website....www.fox.com/prisonbreak

It is coming back in January I believe. I'm thinking the 15th at the same time (8pm). I can hardly wait. It's a darn good show!
