I have being dating this girl for about a month now. She broke up with her ex whom she dated for a year. She claims that she realized that they weren't meant for each other. I like her immensely. She stated that she cares alot about me and didn't want to hurt me when I confronted her about the possiblilty that I could be the rebound guy. We've had sex at least 6x. My question is what do I need to doi? should I be careful so as not to be rebounf guy. Should I trust her? Does she cares about me or does she want to just have sex with me and dump me? I am having all kinds of thoughts creeping thru my mind. I know I am the one who'll make the ultimately make the decision. But I need input as to what you guys would do if placed in my plight. Thanks for reading and responding..

She probably realizes you're stupid enough to post straight questions under the gay category.

I suppose it depends on 'when' she broke up with her ex, and 'when' she told you about her ex. If she had broken up with her ex just before dating you, or after dating you, then that's a red flag to be careful. Go slower with your feelings for her in any case, just to be sure she's not on the rebound. When you are sure that she feels the same way about you, and you feel that as a 'gut feeling', then you could proceed. No need to make any decisions either way right now, I'd recommend just slowing down a bit so you won't be hurt.

No matter what anyone tells you, you will still put yourself through the heartache of figuring it out. But, here ya go. If she hasn't convinced you, by her words and actions that she is the one for you, then, she isn't.

Stop thinking so much and just enjoy the relationship for what it is.

Take it one day at a time and you'll be happier . If it's meant to be , it's meant to be.

Chance are you'll get dumped, so kinda stay on guard for that. If it lasts a year, it's proabably cool.
