I just wanted to know if a black mini-skirt would look good layred over some blue jeans. Please be honest with me.

No it wouldn't look good, but it would look good layered over some leggings, black or white... that could look really cute and you can stilll stay warm.

What kind of jeans? Skinny black jeans? yeah that will work. Maybe Skinny dark blue. But if they are not skinny and dark don't think so...
