Personally, I always laugh really hard whenever my bare feet are tickled, whatever my mood going in, I'm that ticklish. To address the spirit of the question, which apparently suggests that people in general might laugh less if in a very angry mood, I think being very angry might make many people laugh harder than usual, not from enjoyment, but from being all fired up with anger.

Yes I have the most tickilish feet in the world. you look at my feet and I start to cringe... eew I hate it. But I have been known to kick a few people in the face for tickiling me.

heck yeah !!! my feet are very ticklish !!! and just someone putting a finger near my feet would start me laughing.. my feet are That sensitive !!
