err its really hard to pick from dave chappelle and dane cook..id give dave the edge just cuz of the show and how funny it is ontop of the standup
i dont like mencia, and larry the cable guy is funny but not on the same level as the others 2 to me

First things first. Dane Cook both s**ks and b**ws. Chappelle rules Cook all day, but funniest all time? Eddie, Carlin, Pryor, Lenny Bruce, George Wallace, Williams, Wright, Kinnison, Rock, and Ron White.
