Diner Dash 2 level 40, please help!!! How do I pass this stage?

Im stuck on level 40, how do I get pass this level? Tips please!

Oh, your at the Skylight Restaurant it's so cool! Mr. Big its really helpful. With him you can now carry four things at a time. Start by waiting for a crowd of customers. It makes combos easier. Then place slow people first and then fast people (ordering and eating). Then take their orders for all of them then handout food etc (so on to checks and dishes). As long as nobody explodes, you won't lose $1000.

Extra Hints:
-Color Matching be aware of that make as many as you can
-Keep an eye on waiting customers (you don't want them to leave)
-Block the Cellphone guys' noises by making joggers or family sit next to them
-Don't put anybody beside the Cellphones, only families and joggers (they don't mind noises)
-Try to make combos at least x2
-At the beginning wait for a group of customers to show up so you could make combos easier
-Do checks payment to all the groups of customers at table then clean up dishes
