It would depend largely on how often it is used. For a better answer, take some measurements on energy use. Get a Kill A Watt meter and leave it plugged in for a week or a month.

If you could supply information from the label on the blanket in terms of wattage or current it would be easy to determine energy consumption. From there you can calculate how much it costs to operate per day, week, or month.

Electric blankets even left on 24-7 will most likely cost less than one dollar a month.They are the cheapest appliance you can use.Space heaters on the other hand are very expensive.About $30.00 to$40.00 per month.So turn up the blanket,turn down the thermostat,and stay warm.

oooo well it doesnt cost that much but there is this electric blanket that u dont have 2 plug in u just charge it every once in a while it works better
