Perhaps if your niece is a bit young you should forgo explaining about the difference between male and female orgasms, but that is one of the main things. And the fact that females will more often use 'toys'.

I would tell her that she's too young for that, and if she wants that information, she needs to discuss this with her parents. The last thing you want is for mom and dad to find out that Auntie has been giving her sex ed. They might not be comfortable with that.
