What's the difference between clutter and bounty? Or between abundance and too damn much stuff?

'Nother words, how do you decide what to keep and what to throw away?

Answer is simple--
1.see what you have
2. See if people are buying it on Ebay or other Auction site
3. If they are and you aren't currently using it-- SELL IT!
4. if no one is buying it and you aren't using it-
A. if it's in good shape- give it as a gift
B. If it's in bad shape- throw it out.

Your descriptions considered--------
CLUTTER - A confused mass of disorder.
BOUNTY - An inducement or reward given for the return of something; a good harvest.
ABUNDANCE - Ample supply, plenty, more than enough.
STUFF, (too much) - A whole lot of something.

When you find out, let me know. I've been working at these mind-teasers/tormentors for years.

Seriously, though, I sometimes pick out things that just don't fit, and probably never will. That goes in a box for the Goodwill Store.

Magazines that are of interest to people of the older generation... Reader's Digest, or some garden magazine, etc., that goes in a box or bag for the old folks/nursing home.

Books collecting too much dust for too long... dust 'em and haul them to the library for their fund raiser sale.

And as always, there's the bountiful trash of way-past records, papers, cardboard boxes, etc., that must be trashed...don't spare that pile any mercy. It's easier to give it space than to go through it.

If your not going to or have not used it in a while, trash it. If it's usable or you can sell it(to buy more of what you want to use) do that. Not talking family heirlooms here, just stuff in the way.
