You can't. Not in any way you could anyhow. By that I mean it is possible you could remove the flash memory in your phone which stores that, place it in a reader and use undelete software which removes the bit next to the data marking it as deleted and provided the data hadn't been written over already you could recover it, but this is FBI kind of stuff, nothing you'd have access to, I'm sure ;-)

if ur phone has recycle bin then u can do it, but i don't think so
