1. y = x - 3
slope intercept form is y=mx+b
already in the slope interceptform

2. y =5x + 7
already in the form

3. y = 9 - 3x
y=-3x+9

4. y = -4/5x
already in the form

5. y = -2/3x +4
already in the form

The only one that isn't in slope-intercept form is #3. All you need to do to that one is rearrange it to y = -3x + 9.
Your slope is the number in front of x even it it's a fraction. Like on #4 the slope is -4/5. This is your rise/run.

look at number 2.

y=5x+7 ..... that is indeed in slope intercept form. like the guy above me said y=mx+b
m in that case is 5 and b is 7
m = the slope of that line and b is where it hits the y axis if you graph it

slope intercept is y = mx + b where m is the slope and b is the y intercept. It looks like they are already in that form. Maybe you just need to rearrange things and it looks like b is 0 for one.
