Gerard Way did it!
(the lead singer of MCR)
He is such a good drawer!
He's coming out with a comic book in 07 btw!

Most likely Gerard Way, he's the lead singer of the band My chemical romance. He is a cartoon artist and has amazing skills. I heart my chemical romance.

it was actually a man from warner bros. records,named Jeff Ayeroff who tried convincing gerard to do his own art work,because it was so good,but gerard had his mind set on writing songs for the album.

Gerard did draw all the parade costumes used in the video though.
