It should be on the fuel rail attached with a clip. Remove the vacume line and the clip and it will come off fairly easy. The fuel rail is what your injectors are connected to.
Get a Haynes manual. It will show you exactly where it is,and how to change it. It will also tell you how to do just about anything to your vehicle.

Before you change the regulator depressurize the fuel system or you may create a fire hazzard. To do this pull the fuel pump relay from the fuze box in the engine compt. then try to start the engine. If it starts it should quit in a few seconds or as soon as it runs out of fuel. When this is done, replace the fuel pump relay, then proceed to remove the regulation from the fuel rail.
