Yes, because ultimately you can tell which one they selected by the facing of the palm of the hand. Paper faces the palm down. Rock crunched the palm diagonally in pulling the hand backwards. Scissors leaves the palm open and to the inside. One finger makes it easier to tell which is which, but techically it could even be done without any fingers!

Yes, as long as they still had a thumb in addition to the finger, yes.
Curl up finger and thumb for rock
make a vee with finger and thumb for scissors
lay palm flat for paper.

ummm sure why not. just use his other hand. Now if its the same and he only has one finger on EACH hand then no.. the guy has to miss out on playing it.
