Your speakers are only speakers, they can't accept an audio input. In order to speak to others over the internet, you will need an actual microphone. Check your local walmart for a $10 headset.

Most laptops have a mic also built in either neer the speakers or at the top of the lid. Look for something with a mic icon or something labeled mic on the case.

purchase a headphone set w/microphone
this replaces the use of a separate microphone and speaker(s)

you cant make speakers into a microphone.
