Try drinking a glass of orange juice with calcium and eating something salty. Calcium, potassium, and sodium deficiencies can all cause twitches. So can being deficient in magnesium, so try to take a multivitamin daily. If the twitches still don't improve, you might want to go to your local health department and get checked out for neurological problems.

That and too much smoking crack! Or, are you using PCP? Anyway, just lay off the stuff and drink plenty of water, ok? You'll be just fine. Don't go see a doctor because he will just tell you that it's involuntary nerve impulses probably due to stress, like you said! Get plenty of rest too! Stop staying up all night partying and smokin! Get a job and get some insurance!

possibly that is led to by using rigidity, by using being over drained, or the placement which you have your leg in. the same element has happened to me with my massive toe interior the previous, basically i've got on no account gotten a muscle cramp because of the fact of it. while it happens to me it variety of sounds like that is led to specially by using rigidity or by using being rather drained. On a pair of events i became into basically slightly drained and that i became into sitting in an arm chair with my back against one arm of the chair and my legs propped up on the different arm, for some reason that place led to my toe to twitch. as quickly as I moved my leg from that place the twitching stopped however the 2d that I placed my foot up returned, the twitching began returned; i could have been leaning on a nerve or some thing. besides, i've got stumbled on that donning footwear looks to cut back the twitching. And in case you think of that your twitching is led to by using rigidity, meditation works wonders as does deep respiratory.

You need more sleep. Seriously, the same thing happened to me, I was partying way too much and pulling all nighters. Get a few days of good rest and sleep ALOT and it will stop. No need to go to the doctor and certainly no reason to go to the emergency room (VERY EXPENSIVE).

You go and see a doctor. Discuss with them about your financial situation and see what they can do for you. Or you could go to the nearby emergency room and have them check you out. They won't charge in an emergency room.

possibly stress related, perhaps its your diet.
Reduce stress, drink less pop and coffee and more water and fruit juices. Seems to me, that the calf muscle is particularly sensitive to certain dietary problems. Either way, you can't go wrong drinking less pop or coffee.

You should really go to the doctor or at least inform your parents so that they can try to help you along. Seemingly small problems can be something big.
