Woudn't recomend using tampons for nothing except your period. Tampons are great for periods, but even when your flow is rather mild, when you take it off it is rather abrasive to the internal wall of your vagina. And if you hurt that area, infections can occur and complicate matters even worse. I suggest using daily napkins, and if the discharge is rather cottage cheesy looking, go to the gyno because you may have some infection or problem down there.

I sure as heck wouldn't. First of all, that stuff needs to come out of your body. If you have excessive discharge, you should go get checked for bacterial vaginosis or a yeast infection...or something else. A little discharge is normal, but if you need a tampon, that sounds like a lot!
Pantiliners can irritate the area and actually cause more vaginal discharge according to my OB GYN.

no, you can not use a tampon for vaginal discharge because it may be an infection or an STD and inserting a tampon will only cause a greater infection & possibly be hazardous to your health. You can go into septic shock.

If discharge is to the point where you are considering a tampon, then you need to go & see your doctor. It's not normal to have that amount of discharge!!

No, well I guess you could, but you shouldn't. You could get TSS. Also, discharge uis meant to clean and clense the vagina and you putyting something in to stop it could be dangerous in other ways than TSS.
You can if you want for swimming because discharge in a pool might sound gross, but I would not suggest it because it will really hurt when or if you take it out dry.

No, you shouldn't, because you risk getting Toxic Shock Syndrome. Use a pantiliner.

You really shouldn't Depending on what's going on, you could irritate your vagina even more. If it's not heavy, use a pantyliner. Also, if anything seems off about it (color, odor, itching, etc) you should see your doctor.
