where you tilt it one way and one picture comes up and tilt it the other and it adds something to it. It has a scratchy plastic cover. but what is it called ... or is there somewhere i can go where they will make then for me?

they are laminated and have a rigid feel to it...they are several layers of pictures lamintated in layers...you can get them in gift cards, post cards, and other stuff
