Sure, if it's in good enough condition. Whether or not Jesus was God, he is supposed to be fully human, too, so he should have DNA like the rest of us. Theoretically, you could create a clone baby that would grow up to look (but not necessarily ACT) just like him. If Jesus was indeed God, it's likely he'd not be too keen on the project and might prevent it from working; certainly no self-respecting Deity is going to just leave his DNA lying around the place for any fool to tamper with...

It can't simply because it's the same situation as with the dinosaurs you cannot extract dino DNA and if you could because of the time frame it would be floating around in several pieces that would take for ever to reconstruct

Myabe so...But, it still wouldn't be able to prove who the specific person was, right? Only whether or not it came from a human, how old it was, etc.
