Considering the fact I've dated beautiful people that were total dumb asses, to be honest I'd rather have someone average looking with a great personality and some intelligence. It really depends on what you're into, long term relationships or short term flings. Being with someone with the intellect of a bullfrog isn't worth the pretty prince face.

Well, speaking as one who has both, brains are infinitely more important than looks. Brains are a must-have, looks are a nice-to-have, but anyone can groom themselves in a way to have decent looks, and keep themselves in shape, unless they are completely physically disabled. But ultimately, I'd rather have compassion over both of those traits.

In the end it doesn't matter. I am 55 and my looks have faded and I think that the brain is on the way out.

I would probably say looks, but i have the brain and if i didn't have it i would probably want it. if that makes any sence whatsoever. I would want brains. needlesstosay. brains will get you somewhere in life. And if you don't have the looks, there's always someone in the world for you.

Brains... Looks will fade with time. Everyone eventually will get wrinkly and old (and there's only so much that plastic surgery can do).
