Myself. I have tried to depend on others and I always get let down.

Don't worry about wording & BS like that. We know what you mean. When my parents were alive I would have said that I could always depend on them. Now....my answer is a very few trusted friends & in particular my best friend. They are my family, I love them, & I do count on them. â¥

My b/f he's fantastic, very supportive.

Well, you can only trust YOURSELF!!
Do you thinks you are going to f*** yourself out of money,sex, car, job, love.
Only you know whats going on in your mind and what actions you are going to take in order to
survive in this hard cold world.
(And yes I have been f*** over one too many.)
