Does anyone remember an album from?

the mid ninties with the following cover: It was a big mid 70's car with blood all over the front end. It was a punk/alternative band that never made it big as far as I know. Group name and album title please!

i don't know for sure but are you thinkin of the oi punk band the E.K. Skinners and their album roadkill. it had a like 50s car with blood on it but they were around in the mid-90s.
