I am glad that you asked this question .

Undergraduate level is what you want - straight from High School, right?

Graduates (those who have done 4 years of college) will go on to do Master's degrees. You will get your bachelor's degree after 4 years and be ready for the next level after that.

Apply for undergrad level please.

Undergraduate identifies students in the first four years of college (freshman, sophomore, junior, senior). That's the box you want to check.

Graduate students have completed their college degree (usually a B.A.) and are now extending their studies into a specific field. They'll end up in programs that award Master's degrees or Ph.D.s.

to be a graduate means that you have a degree. to be an undergraduate means you are studying in order to get a degree. generally undergraduate students are those who have a high school degree but they just registered for a college (or already have studied for less than 4 years in college). and graduate students are those who studied for more than 4 years in a college.
