Fast is the part that wont work...
You need to burn more than you take in...if you are willing to work out all the time you can eat more, but early on, cut all sugar out, they are worthless calories, and dont eat any fast food either. Good luck...

Start taking good brisk walks and sit-ups. Leg lifts help as well. Just lay flat of your back and start lifting your legs -- one at a time or together.

run 3 times a week and when eating dont eat like junk food u can still eat junk food but like eat half or something and do like 20 jumpjacks every time u eat

Walk 5,000 steps each day. It sounds like a lot, but it really isn't. It will take a while... It worked for me. Buy a pedometer.

nutrisystem. "supposedly" it works. but you still have to exercise a little
or eat Kellog's cereal. substitute it for two meals a day for two weeks and "supposedly" you lose a jean size. but you have to follow the diet. eat a special Kellog's snack and exercise a bit.

Katie holms Did 200Sit ups a night. it was in people magizene. thats how she lost her belly fat from Suri. Btw, WHICH SURI IS ADORABLE!! Lol.
