I need more music, as my playlist is rather sparse. Currently, I'm listening to a compilation of Nirvana, Radiohead, Tool, and Breaking Benjamin. However, I'm also a fan of techno, a metalhead (With particular fanship of classic rock), and against cookie-monster music. Any ideas of what I should listen to?

my suggestion based on the artists you gave above: Interpol, Morrissey/ The Smiths, The Shins, the Violent Femmes, and maybe Cake.

go to itunes or walmart music downloads and listen to these song samples if you haven't heard of their music before.

Dude, if you are relying on other people to pick what music you should listen to, you have problems. What other people listen to isn't always the same thing you want to listen to. If I listened to what other people had suggested I listen to, when I was younger, I would be listening to that pop crap that they play on almost every radio station in the nation. Instead, I listen to what I like, which is mostly rock n roll. Learn to make your own decisions, or you will go nowhere in life.

with a musical style like that, you need to decide for 3 years and not hit upon yet another band and nevertheless no longer become bored. hit upon Aerosmith previous "walk this form," "i do no longer decide for to pass over a factor," and "Dream On" please. right here's a catalogue of a few their no longer-so-nicely-oftentimes going on songs "Chip Away The Stone" "Lightning strikes" "Jailbait" "Make It" "Kings and Queens" "one way highway" "no one's Fault" "Uncle Salty" "Seasons Of Wither" "are not getting Mad Get Even" "Adam's Apple" "F.I.N.E." "close Up And Dance" "My Fist Your Face" "everlasting trip" "the clarification A canines" "what variety of affection Are You On" "Toys interior the Attic" "you spot Me Crying" "Lord Of The Thighs" "S.O.S. (Too undesirable)" you're able to do the comparable factor with The Beatles, Nirvana, crimson Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Metallica, and extremely very nearly each thing on your record. i'm in straightforward terms a brilliant Aerosmith fan, so i know those songs off the right of my head. i know Led Zeppelin has many, many music. in basic terms hit upon what you have already got in extra deapth.
