I've tried to Google this and keep coming up with forced removal of Native Americans and Japanese, etc.

What I need is websites that have legitimate information about people who were forcibly removed from their land to make way for the parks and roads that were federal projects during the Great Depression. I know that people were displaced and their land taken, but can't seem to find a website to help me out.

Anyone have some websites they can give me? I have to be able to cite references. It's for a research paper.

Thanks in advance,

Sue
