So I have this gorgeous semi-formal red satin dress (halter cut). It's hankercheif cut at the bottom so the hemline is asymmetrical.
I was thinking gold strappy heels/pumps or black strappy heels/pumps
which would look better?

It all depends if your going to wear gold with it.. If you do go for it. If not you can still do it but black ones would be cute too..

I would go for the gold strappy if your looking to add some sparkle but if you want to look more formal go with the black pump

i would suggest going with the black strappy heels. black and red always look sexy together. if you wear heels it will make your legs look longer and give you a more sexier look considering the dress. the taller the heels the better, but make sure you can walk in them. the more strappy the better as well.

well i think the gold would be the best choice (in a open toe strappy heel) or the same type of shoe in a silver. silver pretty much goes with anything, and will compliment the dress tremendously!!!

Gold strappy - black is too formal and blah, gold brings out the red and makes it fun...just make sure you wear gold jewelry too.

If it's a red satin wear the gold pumps. Gold compliments red if it's not used in excess and having the gold in the shoes is perfect.

I say you go for GOLD or SILVER with Red, that will look so great. I say go different everyone has a pair of black shoes, the fact that your making a statment, I can guarantee that you will get compliments.

They both would go, but GOld seems much more exciting. If you want to play it safe, then pick black...but I would prefer Gold.
