If the second car takes 5 times as long, it must be moving 1/5th as fast.
1/5th of 65 is 13
So the second car is moving at 13 miles per hour.

13. 10 hours is 5 times as long as 2 hours. If it is inversely proportional then you would be going 5 times slower. which is 13.
