Each month, if you have sex when you are ovulating, you have a 25% chance of getting pregnant. It has so much to do with the egg and the sperm being at the right place and at the right time, but it's not an exact science. This is why it takes the "average" healthy couple up to 6 months to a year to get pregnant. If only it was so simple as hitting the right time each month!

You can get pregnant at any time. Some are more likely than others. But if you are not trying to get pregnant always use protection

Not always. if you're egg is viable, and sperm is in the reproductive tract theres USUALLY about an 80% chance of fertalization and implantation occuring.
