Wow, I didn't believe you at first but then I did some searching and found out that you're right! I'm really surprised. But think about it he just got out of a two+ year realationship with Hilary Duff, the man is on the rebound and apparently desperate! I think we should all just give this some time. I will agree that Hilary is hands down better than Nicole but he's still young and will make plenty of mistakes.

He went from dating a pretty, young, well established, intelligent good role model, MADE HER OWN MONEY NOT FROM DADDY, to Nicole Richie, a previous heroine user, eating disorder, bad role model, friend of Paris Hilton??
