If you have an image on a RGB monitor that is primarily Red is it reflecting only Green and Blue visible light? True or False. Please explain why this statement is true or false.

when light is reflected color combination are subtractive so all colors make black
when light is radiated (as from a monitor) color combinations add so all colors make white. In this case and red is almost all red (actually magenta+) and red+green= yellow.
