I keep having to go back an add "additional details" before mine will show up. Try that, it works every time for me.

Ya they did that to me, then they put it back on! Weird huh...Well wait for I while yesterday i looked to see if I got and answears and it said that custermer care hase removed this question, then today i saw that it had been put back on....hum...
