My USB Recognition Driver Wont Work??!!??

I tried plugging in my usb jump drive and when i connect it to my usb port it says "windows could not recognize, unknow device" and i dont know wat to do!

Hi are you sure you have the reader card installed on your computer.If you have your manifest sheet for the installed features on your computer,I would check to see if you have one installed.Check to see if card is in there or If you have information on USB .I also would check all connections on computer.Good Luck

A USB drive is Supported by Windows XP, 2000, ME without using a device driver support driver is required for Windows 98/98SE and is supplied with the device.
