Its on the NFL network, which you can get if you have digital cable, or satellite.
If you are from Pittsburgh (like me) it will be on CBS at 8pm.
If you don't have digital cable/satellite, you can always go to your local bar, they will usually have it on.

NFL Network, and I think it's only blacked out in the Pittsburgh and Cleveland designated market areas (DMAs). If it's blacked out anywhere else, it would have to be due to some bizarre provision in the contract signed by the NFL Network, or perhaps due to some provision in the deal the NFL signed with DirecTV's Sunday Ticket.
