My cousin is 21, she is a nurse, she doesnt get out much, but likes snow boarding and wants to skydive. She doesnt laugh at many things and could use a boyfriend.
Besides that, theres not much else I know about her. Her sister would agree.

Try getting her a gift card to target, thats always the best way to go. If you do get the gift card, buy her a movie along with it a funny stupid and silly movie. Laugh when she opens it and give her a hug. im sure shes probably shy around people she knows

Get her a gift certificate from a chic store, this way she can pick what she likes for herself, and maybe if she buys something catchy, it'll help with her boyfrend status.
Trying to buy a personal gift would be too hard, given what little you know about her..good luck!

If she likes coffee(cuz she's a nurse)a gift certificate to Starbucks would be good or a gift certificate to where she gets her board stuff for clothes and gear she could use.

Go with a gift certificate... treat her to a manicure or pedicure. If she's a nurse who is always washing her hands or on her feet, she'll appreciate that.
Otherwise, a gift certificate to sephora would be fun, if she wears makeup.
Don't buy her a personal gift - she'll be glad you let her pick it out herself if you don't know her or her style.

Well, first of all it is Christmas gift... get your spelling right! second... you pick a gift for someone by how much you know them.. the more you know what she likes then your bound to hit home....give it a try and buy her something that you think she would like... go for it...

I would look into gift cards, and a really wonderful smelling perfume is out now and it comes in a beautiful bottle! Its called Vera Wang Princess, it is sure to please any woman!!! Or maybe look into a gift certificate from the sky diving place??? Good Luck!!
