Ah yes, the ol' shitxcuse! I use it all the time. I just used it to get out of a speeding ticket today. I keep a small swatch of toilet paper with peanut butter and chocolate on it in my car, so when I get pulled over all I have to do (or doo) is show the officer and say "Dude, dude... I'm sorry but..." They usually nod and wave me along after that.

Heh. I've used it for things that don't take long. Like "babe, I'm sorry, can you unload the rest of the groceries... I really need to go doo doo."

I don't, but my son does, predictably........."Can you please take out the trash?" "Sure, just a sec." and off he goes for a good half hour. "Hey, help Dad with the dishes." "Okay, but I gotta go to the bathroom first." Gone for 15-20 - long enough for whoever's asking for his help to get tired of waiting and do it themselves.
At the age of 11, he's mastered the art of task avoidance by dumpage.

No I haven't but my husband does this all the time after eating so he doesn't have to clean up the table and help with the dishes. It is so aggravating!
