I like rap music, actually I like it a lot, but lately it seems like most songs are repetative and a little lame (like that Chain hang low song). What I want to know is who feels the same way? Don't get me wrong, I still listen to most, but it's usually the older stuff.
Please don't answer with racist remarks, or rude remarks. Thanks!
Oh by the way, I know that any type of music can get lame and repetative, but lately (in my opinion), rap has been taking the cake.

I so agree. I think a lot of rap music still has hot beats, but the lyrics are becoming sooo redundant... b*tches, money, cars, etc. I will always be a fan of old school hip hop and there is still some good current stuff coming out, but these young kids of today need to step it up and come out with some more original material.

Umm....Fergie....adequate suggested. Rap makes properly 40 now, so with techniques from women persons flaunting and sticking out their products on television appears like a good element, look at what rap music does to females persons..... If an artist needs to call himself P noodle, who cares, yet he probably has a large number of ladies persons of their thongs dancing on his video, and that makes him warm, accurate? LOL.....that consists of over into the properly 40, so as that females persons dancing of their thongs or wrestling in wedding ceremony cake look to make properly 40 each and each and every time. sex is this kind of gimmick. Who cares in the journey that they sing a rhyme about health......They tutor adequate to get them blocked with techniques from information superhighway censors....who complains, the toddlers, so their mom and father enable them see it. this is the established public's fault that variety of element is somewhat on the air. If the mummy and father had any responsibility, they could have performed some thing with techniques from now.....

i agree i luv rap but the lyrics in the songs are the same old same old yea the beats r really good but u can make a meaningful song with a good beat...sometimes that's y i prefer r&b instead
