Are there specific buttons i have to press to switch it on again?
I've had this Ipod for about 1 1/2 years and this morning i just paused it and then tried to switch it on ..but it isn't switching on.
The Battery IS full, i charged it abit yestiday night...and i have bought the charger...
What do i do now?
Ps. I don't have Warranty because it was a gift

you have to hold down two buttons, i think its menu and the circle, either way you can put in to google search: something like frozen ipod.

I would suggest waiting a few days before trying to turn it on again. I had a similar prob with my ipod a while back. It was stuck on one song and nothing i did worked! Eventually the battery totally died then it started working again. It just went funny for a few days. So try again in a few days time is my best suggestion.

all you do is toggle the 'hold' switch on and off, then press the 'menu' and centre buttons together until apple logo comes up...
download the apple updater from apple.com & make sure its up to date, and also virus scan the ipod with antivirus once a month..

Make sure the hold switch is not showing orange. It's the little switch on top. The buttons won't have any effect if the orange is showing.

Everyone has an IPod and people still have problems with it LOL. Gift or not, Ipods aren't worth the money. I had like 2 and they don't compare to my new MP3

attempt toggling the carry turn on and stale some cases and then carry the suitable, center and bottom of the circle swap down all at the same time for sort of 10 seconds and word if some thing occurs. This befell to mine some cases and appeared to style it.

Press and hold down play pause + menu at the same time,that should reset it.

my ipod did the same thing. i left mine to run out of battery then charged it. and it was fine.

Plug it in to your computer. Mine did the same thing and nothing would work until i plugged it into my computer and that apparently reset it. Good luck.

i think it is broken some how! I have a mp3 but I dont have a ipod!
