Try a similar formula without iron as iron can cause colic symptoms and upset tummies. If you opt for this you will need to get a vitamin so talk to your doctor. I don't suggest soy based formulas as they are proven to not be as healthy as milk based ones. My son spit up all the time too when he was little, some babies just do. He will grow out of it when he starts eating more solids and sitting up on his own. Good luck.

Our pediatrician told us that many infants do have a problem with the iron.
Give baby formula without the iron and see if that does the trick .
Did you try burping your baby more often during a feeding?
If none of these do the trick maybe your baby has an intolerence to formula /milk and your pediatrician can perscribe a soy base formula instead.

He May be getting it too fast. Make sure you try to feed him before he is overly hungry. If he starts to suck on his hands or show other signs of hunger, feed him then before he gets upset. Make sure the nipple is the right flow for his age. Sometimes it comes out too fast and that will make them spit up. You might need to buy new nipples and put those ones aside until he is older and can handle more at once. Try to slow down the feeding and burp him well and he should do fine.

I would give my daughter a few ounce and then make her burp good. And then give her the other 2 ounces and get another good burp out of her. If i didnt do this she would spit up alot of it.

Get the kind without iron. It's what's making him sick.
But make sure he doesn't get anemic.
