For runway modeling, at least 5'9" and 110 pounds. Yes, very light. So if you're not born with that body, you should try commercial modeling because they seem to have less stringent standards. If you're 5'6" then you could probably weigh up to 120 (granted that it's a tight and toned 120, not flabby) and still be eligible if you're photogenic.

You should take some professional photographs & headshots to start a portfolio, then send your information on lables on the back of the photograph to modeling agencies around your area/state. Agents HATE it when you staple picture together, it makes their job of sorting through things more difficult, and they are less likely to spend more time with your material.
