I don't know the password to an old gateway computer that has Windows 2000. Is there anyway I can get it back, or change it? There are no other accounts or usernames.

yes there is. its called ERD, this program will let you into windows and in the start, all programs you will find an option to create a new password.

You can also get in by going in under systems admin...You need to press i believe F8, when the computer is just starting up, you should get something that will allow you to go into safe mode. Go into that, and then go either under admin tools, or under user profiles, there should be some options to change your password settings to get into your computer ^_^ good luck-
