tell them to your face. if they're your friend, then they will understand. if they don't understand then they weren't your friend anyway.

I think i would rather tell them to their face and be honest -- as if they were to find out what ever it is that you feel you could not tell them they would feel as though they had been stabbed in the back anyway. BE HONEST better for both of you.

In the past I've stabbed them in the back but now being a bit more mature I tend to tell them to their face.

Always be honest and tell them how you're feeling! Why would you stoop to a level so low......it's very coward-like to stab someone in the back.

Always face up to people and be honest, whatever the cost personally , in the long run it's always best.

I'm a very straight forward person I believe if I have to burn bridges then I will do it in front of their face and tell them exactly how I fell no hold bars...

Truth hurts but it will serve no purpose to say anything behind their back if they will say you said this or that saves them from saying that ....

In the words of Miss Shirley Bassey: Never, never, never. Now, if the person was devious towards you to begin with an really deserves a couple of nasty surprises, you have my blessing in its entirety - if you need any help, let me know. I used to be very good at being devious. Don't know what happened to me. I've become so ... nice ... these days. Good luck Buddy.

i dont believe in back stabbing that cowardly, confrontation may be intimidating but at least they can respect the fact that you have been honest to them
