How do I tell my friend to move out, she is stressing me out?

How do I tell my friend that she has to move out? She just came back from a move that was to be permenant with her boyfriend, but she couldn't find work in (Hong Kong) and she has to payoff bills. Here boyfriend is a good friend of mine, my business partner, that is how I became friends with her. Her family lives near by but she doesn't want to go back home because she has major issues with her mother (old school Asian Family). On top of this I'm going through a hard time, my best friend for the past 10 years is dying of cancer and I'm helping out with that and helping raise her daughter at the same time. They are in TX and I am in MA, so when I get a chance I go take care of things. Financial I'm strapped with paying for medical and plane tickets, but it seem that the person staying with me needs money as well. She knows what is going on, but it seems she is only worried about herself. This in turns makes me angry, but I shouldn' be I guess. How do I let her know she has to go

You should be real and tell her, i mean it is your place. Either she has to change some things, or tell her that she has to get the **** out
