It means New World Order. It's the pride of the Illuminati blatantly telling us that they rule the world and we can't do anything about it.
About the Masons... Illuminati, Masons, same thing.

It's a Bush plot. Have you noticed they've been replacing the $1 bills since Bush was elected? The eye now contains a minature camera and transmitter, so the NSA can spy on you and everyone else.
This was planned decades ago by the Bush clan because they knew one day that W would get into office when the technology was right, and start the plan.
