when you open your gifts?

when you open your gifts which ones do you open first hte big ones or the small ones ?

I usually wait until the rest of my family have opened the gifts I gave them. I dunno why... I guess I just like to see their amazement at what I got them. When I start opening them, I start with my siblings because they usually get me so-so gifts. Then I open the smaller items from my folks, then the largest. The smaller ones are usually DVDs, CDs, or Video Games, so I usually enjoy the larger ones more. You never want the last gift you open to be a disappointment :)

The small ones since they usually have some money or a cool device to play around with. The big ones usually have clothes =P

Unless it's the size of a 27 inch tv or a car......Then your lucky lol

the ones that I think I already know what they are...big or small because I like to save the surprise for the end. there are 2 really big presents under the tree for me right now and I have no clue what they could be....I want to open them so bad, but they can wait for last.

I just take whatever is given to me and I am always happy with it.What usually happens is my mom gets in front of the tree and she'll give the gift to whoever's name is on it.I used to be a little brat who expected to get the best gifts.Now that i'm older I realize christmas isn't about presents,it's about something alot more important.

I would open both at the same time so I get two suprises on the first run! After one at a time in a pattern.

First one in my hands is first one opened. My family opens them on Christmas Eve during Réveillon.
