Just make sure that you take all of your vitamins, and you will be fine. I see no reason why you should have to change. Almost half of my family are 'veggies' and none of them changed their diets while expecting! Good Luck!

You know I was a vegetarian for 7yrs (Vegan for 2 of them) I had 4 miscarriages during that time I was taking vitamins/supplements too. My mom urged me to eat 'normally' and I agreed if I wanted a baby I was going to have to put my wants aside. Slowly ate meat and wouldn't you know it my 5th pregnancy was a keeper. I have 2 boys (4 and 5 yrs old)

If you have to ask this question, you may need to question your vegetarian diet in the first place. If it's not healthy if you are pregnant, is it a good diet to be on?

Talk to your OBGYN, make sure you are getting enough protein and folic acids - both can be obtained in vegetarian diets.

You'll just need to make sure you get plenty of all the nutrients, which may (or may not) require getting more protein. You'll take vitamins anyway, so you should have those covered.
