B- because bile produces bile juice which contains lipase(enzymes that breakdown fats).

Bile salts are similar to detergents, in that they are able to mobilize and breakdown fat globules. If there aren't sufficient bile salts in the gut, the fat just passes through as greasy diarrhea called "steatorrhea".
